BlogBuster 74: C.H.A.N.G.E

Sailormoon :)

Salam everyone! How's your Iman today? Hehe. Allow me write this BlogBuster in English *&; sometimes Malay*. CHANGE. It's a word with a big meaning though. According to my phone's dictionary, the word change can be defined as :

"The act or instance of making or becoming different, a new or refreshingly different."
Hmm, sounds cool to me :) But only if, we change from not-so-better to something better.*wink2*

For instance, from a non-hijabi sister to a hijabi sister.

I am so happy to know that lots of my friends have changed for good, may Allah guide our hearts and keep us on the right path.

Well, for those who have cool talents , don't waste it for the sake of 'change'. Do like what sisters in OSM Muslim say"

Definitely you can use your talent in the right way. :) Youtubing, facebooking, tweeting and blogging can turn into Ibadah if we use it in the right way.*no gossip of course*

Sharing is caring uolls :D

But the question is, when should I start? How can I cope to all the changes that I want to make in my inner self ? Worry not. Just raise your hands and make Du'a, because it's not Ustaz Don *just for example ;p* who has changed you, not even AL-Kuliyyah program or any kind of program that related to it. It's ALLAH SWT sending His love through those medium. Those pious people are there because of ALLAH, and He has chosen you to feel His mercy and blessings by giving little 'change'whispers in your heart. You can feel it when suddenly you wanna do something good. My advice to you is PLEASE ANSWER THAT CALL because you'll never know when will you feel those blessing feelings again.

Well, the next step after change is ISTIQAMAH *consistent*. Believe me this is the hardest part but hey, it's worth to try and the rewards are beyond our expectations.

This is where you need a support system like your friends that I mentioned earlier in this BLOGBUSTER 73.  Joining Usrah is also a gooooooood way for you to be a better Muslim. It teaches you a lot on how to be an ideal Muslim and on how can you improve yourself every single day :) *not to mention the awesomeness of ukhuwwah and the sweetness of sharing knowledge* You'll feel blessed :) TRY IT!

"Sesungguhnya Allah tidak akan mengubah nasib sesuatu kaum (bangsa) melainkan kaum itu sendiri mengubah nasibnya” - Ar-Ra’d:11

Yeah, it is clearly stated in the Holy Quran that we, ourselves need to make the first step if we want to change.

Rasulullah SAW: "Seorang mukmin tidak akan jatuh ke dalam satu lubang dua kali." (Riwayat Bukhari & Muslim)
And yeah, in this  Hadeeth, our beloved Prophet said that a good Muslim will never repeat the same mistakes (sin) again. We learn from it.

Last but not least, what is the simplest thing that I can do to make a change?

Get yourself attach to the Holy Quran, EVERYDAY. Read the meanings and eventually you'll fall in love with this amazing gift. In my opinion, people don't feel guilty committing sins are because they think that NO ONE is watching them. When you read the Holy Quran, try to imagine that ALLAH is talking to you because the purpose of it was sent for the Mankind is for us to learn from it. The best part is, IT CONTAINS  NON-FICTION STORIES. Where can you get the definite infos regarding Paradise, Hellfire, Qiyamah and even about Marriage other than Holy Quran? JUST SO PERFECT.

Treasure this amazing gift, before it's too late.

Let's make a change to be a better Muslim now!

I will conclude my post with Al- Fatihah .

1.: In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
2: All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.
3: The Beneficent, the Merciful.
4: Master of the Day of Judgment.
5: Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help.
6: Keep us on the right path.
7: The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray.
