BlogBuster 84: Salam "Happy Jar" 2013!

Salam everyone! So how's 2013 treating you so far? InsyaAllah lets pray for the best!
Okay actually this is a random post coz im tired of all cliche concerts, fireworks, countdown things related to new year's celebration and stuffs. Pfft.
But hey did you realize that Islam has taught us to renew our niat every single day?
"Sesungguhnya orang yang paling berjaya ialah orang yang hari ini lebih baik daripada semalam dan orang yang gagal adalah orang yang hari ini lebih teruk daripada semalam, manakala orang yang terpedaya adalah orang yang hari ini sama dengan hari semalam" - hadis riwayat Bukhari dan Muslim.

Yeah! Cool.

So the fireworks don't indicate anything if you still stuck with the same "i-am-who-i-am"' attitude.

Islam celebrates differences, I mean if you are talkative just stay the way you are :)

It's just that you need to be cautions whether your behaviour will bring you closer to His Jannah or the opposite.
What you need to do is Islami-fy it :)
You can use your talents by spreading the beauty of Islam.

Islam is a peace religion that fits human needs perfectly.

Of course you can be yourself  but in a manner that Allah SWT is pleased with you. :)

Just bear in mind that "........,Surely we are Allah's and to Him we shall return". Al-Baqarah:156

I got something to share with everyone!

Inspired by @farahwaheeda,the well-known Dr.Cinta blogger,
Let's make a "Happy Jar 2013"
and yeah PLEASE try this at home hehe.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Create a cute note writing all the positive things that happened to you and put it in a jar, you can name it with any names, for instance:
"My Happy Jar 2013"

Later, at the end of the year, you can read all the happy moments that happened to you in 2013.
or should I say all the BLESSINGS that you've received from The Almighty in 2013 :)

"Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny?"
-Surah Ar-Rahman: 13

I seriously think that this is a good way to train us to be grateful and thankful for all the blessings from Allah SWT which sometimes we tend to overlook when something occurs that 'does-not-go-with-my-way'

We tend to forget the word "Hikmah"

"He gives wisdom to whom He wills, and whoever has been given wisdom has certainly been given much good. And none will remember except those of understanding."
(2:269)

So what are you waiting for? You are not too late to start and join the crew :)

HAPPY TRYING!
